We are two working professionals that have two adult sons who are in competing graduate studies, one in Connecticut and the other in California. We enjoy spending time at our ocean front home in Cape Neddick, Maine.

What surprised you the most about the selling process?
We realized how important it is to work with an integrated team to manage all aspects of the selling process. Dani and her team smoothly guided us through the selling process.
How did Dani help you prepare your home to sell?
Once we made the decision to sell our home, Dani engaged her team very quickly and they led the process, always being mindful of our suggestions and requests. They realize this is more than a “property transaction”, and this sensitivity is demonstrated during every milestone reached. The process was very organized, and included great marketing with private showings status and feedback, and a dashboard for listing/selling milestones.
When it came to offers, I had high expectations. Dani met with us and “over delivered” with her organized and professional approach with the offers. She presented the offers in a concise summary that helped with our decision, and shared her experience when analyzing the outcome.
What was the most challenging part of the selling process?
We didn’t really have any stressful or challenging moments, but if we did, we knew that Dani and her professional team would engage to handle such moments. Our challenges were more around the timing logistics and preparation to sell, which included finding temporary housing and then moving into a new location. We plan to rebuild our ocean front property!
