I am a criminal defense attorney and single mom of two children and a labradoodle named Finnigan. I am a hockey fanatic. I love watching the Bruins and my son play on his team. I have lived in Massachusetts since 2014 and will forever call New England my home. My daughter and I love going on long drives through the New England countryside. I like to read classic literature and watch period films. I am a particularly good cook, my favorite genre being elevated comfort food.

What surprised you the most about the selling process

I didn’t have any surprises, headaches or worries.  Moving and selling a home can be stressful, especially when there are kids, pets, work, and virtual school involved.   When I was ready to sell, I simply gave Dani a call and within two weeks my home was sold.  It was that easy.

Why MA Properties Real Estate?

Dani previously sold a condo for me, so there was no doubt I would be using her again. I had such a positive experience with her the first time, knowing she had all the bases covered and I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. You can just pass the baton, sit back, and relax. This had been my experience in the past, and it was the same this time, too.

For someone like me that has a dog and two cats, Dani’s staging capability was also a huge factor. It is such a hassle to try and sell your home when you have pets.  Being able to just move out and let Dani’s wonderful staging crew take over makes the whole selling process so much easier. The staging is impeccable and helps sell your home quickly and for top price.

What is your top selling tip?

Knowing I wanted to sell, I actively tracked the market for six months as I wanted to time it correctly. Being flexible in your timeline is especially important. Educating yourself about the market your home is located in is helpful when it comes to expectations, how quickly it will sell, and what price it will sell for.

Download the MA Properties App to track the progress. My home went under agreement so quickly, I didn’t really get a chance to utilize it. I did enjoy receiving emails about showing time appointments and the feedback from private tours.

And, use Dani to sell your house!

What is the most challenging part of the selling process?

This time around the only concern I had was the solar panels I just had installed a few months prior.  Luckily, Dani knew everything about solar panels and transitioning ownership of them.  It ended up being a non-issue.
