We have spent the last 10 years in Lexington and our sons Ryan and Jackson have enjoyed making friends, going to school, and experiencing New England. Now they are both going to be in college in the fall and a new job opportunity leads us to move to Park City Utah. We are excited to explore a different part of the country and enjoy the outdoors – especially hiking, biking and skiing!

Nothing comes to mind, we felt really prepared.
What is the most challenging part of the selling process?
Our house went on the market in early March. There was a lot of people who came and saw it and had interest. Then Covid pandemic and economic crisis hit. This created a lot of uncertainty. We were lucky that we had several buyers interested and we ended up satisfied with the sale.
What is your top selling tip?
Be open to the advice and trust the team. This is regarding how to prepare the house for sale, as well as how to price it. We started early regarding decluttering, purging, and painting. That really helped and we didn’t feel overwhelmed the month before our house went on the market.
