We lived in our Lexington house for 35 years. We very happily raised 4 children there. We enjoyed soccer games and gardening in the back yard and biking around the neighborhood and on the Minuteman Bike path.

What surprised you the most about the selling process?
We were kept abreast of every showing. All weekend long we got text messages of people going through. I think we were surprised how smoothly it all went.
How did Dani help you to sell your home?
Selling a house was new territory for us, what was important to fix or spruce up, and what didn’t matter as much. Dani has a team of people who are available to do as much or as little as we wished. She advised us what to do and how to prepare the house. We did use some of their contractors which was really helpful at a time when it was difficult to get people to even come give us quotes. Her team were very responsive and wonderful to work with from her “contractor whisperer” to her staging designer. Dani is an excellent communicator and let us know what to expect at each stage of the selling process.
Our house looked amazing and the photos were so enticing that we almost wanted to buy it ourselves. The selling process proceeded just as Dani had indicated it would. She presented us with a spreadsheet with all the offers, and the pros and cons of each one. It was an easy process to make the decision of which one to accept.

What is the most challenging part of the selling process?
It was a little stressful when the buyer wanted to come visit the house before the money from the P&S came through. She consulted the lawyer who said absolutely not and Dani held firm to waiting until it had cleared.
What is your top selling tip?
I think we felt well supported by Dani and MA Properties. The whole thing was a good experience. A good real estate person is definitely worth it, and we would absolutely recommend Dani and MA Properties!
