Why did you decide to buy a home?

I had been looking at renting something nicer after seven years in Medford. After comparing prices, it became clear that I could pay about the same for a mortgage payment as rent. I knew that I planned on staying in Boston for the long haul, so now was a great time to buy.

Why did you choose Wenjen and MA Properties Real Estate?

I know Dani from the work she does with my father so MA Properties came very well recommended. Dani and I talked about what I was looking for and my personality. She recommended Wenjen since we have a similar background as industrial engineers.

What surprised you the most about the buying process?

Once I decided to make a move, it happened so quickly. I saw 34 Green Street at 5pm on Sunday and by 2pm on Monday, I had an accepted offer.

What is the most challenging part of the buying process?

Seeing past the superficial listings and seeing the deeper details.

What was the best part of your Buying Experience?

Wenjen’s deep analytical background was a perfect match for me. She made everything clear and always explained things in my language.

What is your top buying tip??

Be organized and having a plan helps you move quickly when you need to. Obviously in addition to having a quality agent like Wenjen.

Would you recommend Wenjen and MA Properties Real Estate to friends and family?

Absolutely, I’ve already recommended her to friends!
