Alan and MeLissa Ringuette, married in 1999 and have 7 children ranging from 7 to 21, with five still at home. Alan is a commercial Real Estate Broker with The Stubblebine Company and Missy is a homeschool Mom actively involved in a woman’s ministry called Refresh.
Missy met Rachael in 2019 at an open house and they immediately clicked, liking each other from the get go. In the fall of 2021 we started to entertain the possibility of moving. Rachael invested a significant amount of time at our house discussing the process and trying to better understand exactly what we were trying to accomplish.
She was VERY patient as it took us forever to make up our minds.
We felt it was the right time because of the instability in our economy along with rising interest rates.
Patience, Professionalism, and Pragmatism. She didn’t make unreasonable demands and really worked hard to understand our needs and work within the parameters we set.

What surprised us about the buying process is working with the seller’s broker and managing expectations. The challenges we faced were finding a house and town that we both liked, and making the transition from the only home our kids have known.
What surprised us about the selling process is how streamlined it was, and the science that goes into the process. The challenges we encountered were improvements to prepare the house (including staging) while we lived in it, and then getting out of town for the open house.
Our top tip when buying is look at everything, and stay open minded. When selling, have Rachael do it! She was the QB (Brady) and Coach (Belichick) of the entire process. She was magnificent!
