She is very thoughtful and looks out for us like family. It is rare to have an almost seamless experience while shopping for a house and Wenjen had 100 percent exceeded our expectation. She was patient, yet efficient at the same time, we could get through 4-5 potential places every time we met. There wasn’t any pressure when viewing houses with her and she always took our concerns into consideration for our next meeting. Wenjen also takes into account of our financial budget and is never pushy when it comes to advertising for a listing. She also took initiative to research houses that were above, and below our given budget in order to give us a perspective on the overall housing market to ensure we are getting the most bang for our buck. It is very heartwarming to see her take into account of our situation (we are from out of state) and accommodated our meetings accordingly.

After getting the keys to our new place, knowing that we did not have any drinking water, let alone any furniture, Wenjen went out of her way to drop off a Britta water filter and an air mattress as a temporary solution. We are very grateful to have Wenjen as our agent and our first friend in Boston, she had truly made this a delightful experience and we thank her for it.
