We send the Homes Sales mailer twice a year (mid and year end). In prior years we have mailed hyper-local sales to 21 different area in Lexington but transitioned to town wide to "hit" all town properties.
We send a Homes Sales twice a year (mid and year end) to Arlington also. The number of sales requires that we split these across two mailings (single family and condominium).
