We have worked with Andrew a few times, for the purchase and sale of our “starter home” in Lexington, and then for the purchase of a larger home when our family ran out of space, and for the sale of the first home. We stayed with Andrew due to the quality of service he as provided, and his experience and advice navigating all aspects of finding a home, preparing for purchase/sale, and the transaction process.
Andrew has a deep knowledge of the Boston area and Lexington in particular. This gives him a great “eye” for the qualities or issues with a property. In the search process we found him to provide leads that suited our goals. But more important Andrew was never impatient to get to a deal. This made us very comfortable continuing to look, or asking to see new/different places, and when we committed to a deal we felt great about our decisions.
During the purchase/sale process we received great advice from Andrew. He was super proactive helping us find inspectors, lawyers or other contractors. He gave his own ideas about what to look out for and he was always available to attend inspections, closing, etc. For our home sale, Andrew helped prepare the house, even doing some work himself, and planned and led several in-person open houses. We think he got the pricing right and did a great job preparing marketing materials and advising us on when to accept or counter offers.
We have worked with other agents in the past and at times felt rushed or wondered if their motives were different from ours. With Andrew we have not had these doubts, it has felt like a team effort, and we strongly recommend others to work with him.
