55 Coolidge was a great example of this - beautiful home, amazing location, seasonal views of Boston and the surrounding area, but on a steep grade with lots of steps from the street to get inside, plus only 2 parking spaces, one in a very tight garage that was built into the hill. When we first viewed the home, it was beautifully decorated and the walls were painted in gorgeous custom colors, perfect for the sellers who bought the home 30 years ago, but we needed to make the interior as appealing to as wide an audience as possible given the parking situation and steep steps out front and in an effort to maximize the seller’s profit.
Our Listing Coordinator Susan recommended neutralizing and cleaning up the interior with a fresh coat of paint throughout, plus doing some minor repairs here and there.
She contacted one of her trusted contractors and managed the project from start to finish.
Next up was our staging coordinator Lisa, our team stages every room in the house our stagers and our staging furniture (about twenty homes worth) are part of the package when you choose to work with the MA Properties team.

Glenn then invited buyers to “experience” the home through our marketing - 3D tour, floor plans, great pictures and video even before stepping in the home.
The home was priced to attract buyers and presented beautifully. After 5 days, lots of private showings and a few open houses, our seller received 15 offers. He was committed to courting the buyers and followed all of our advice, and it really paid off! He sold his 1,775 sq ft home for a record price.
