55 Coolidge was a great example of this - beautiful home, amazing location, seasonal views of Boston and the surrounding area, but on a steep grade with lots of steps from the street to get inside, plus only 2 parking spaces, one in a very tight garage that was built into the hill. When we first viewed the home, it was beautifully decorated and the walls were painted in gorgeous custom colors, perfect for the sellers who bought the home 30 years ago, but we needed to make the interior as appealing to as wide an audience as possible given the parking situation and steep steps out front and in an effort to maximize the seller’s profit.
